If you initiate a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • All credits in your account will be frozen
  • Caspile LLC will provide your financial institution with:
    • Transaction records and receipts
    • Proof of service delivery (credits issued and available)
    • Account activity logs and usage history
    • Any relevant communication records
    • Evidence of Terms of Service acceptance
  • The dispute will be resolved through your financial institution's process

4.3 Chargeback Outcomes

If chargeback is found in your favor:

  • Refund will be issued (minus any applicable fees)
  • Your account will be permanently closed
  • All credits will be forfeited
  • Future account creation may be restricted

If chargeback is reversed (found in Caspile LLC's favor):

  • Payment will be upheld
  • Account may be reinstated after review
  • Chargeback fees may be deducted from your account balance
  • Account may be subject to additional security measures

4.4 Alternative to Chargebacks

We strongly encourage contacting our support team at support@caspile.com before initiating a chargeback. Caspile LLC is committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly, which is often faster and more efficient than the chargeback process.

5. Fraud Prevention

5.2 Fraudulent Activity

6. Account Suspension Rights

Caspile LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Payment Issues: Failed payments, chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment fraud
  • Fraudulent Activity: Suspected or confirmed fraudulent transactions or account activity
  • Terms Violations: Breach of our Terms of Service or this Compliance Policy
  • Abusive Behavior: Harassment, threats, or inappropriate conduct
  • Illegal Activity: Use of service for illegal purposes or in violation of laws
